QUALIFICATION
Qualifications and skills:
University Degree (preferably at Masters level) in a relevant subject, e.g. Business, Administration, Economics, International Law, legislation, public administration, , engineering, or related discipline
Strong experience in a variety of monitoring and evaluation methods, Policy impact analysis and assessment, dissemination and fostering good/best practice
Strong communication skills and ability to communicate with people at all levels
Excellent verbal and written command of English is essential
Strong skills in strategy and policy analysis and in economic development
Experience in private sector development projects, particularly SME development
Experience in change management and institutional development preferred
General professional experience:
Working experience of at least 15 years in the private sector development field
Experience in an advisory role to senior public officials would be an advantage
Solid experience in monitoring and evaluation techniques, applications and dissemination
Specific professional experience:
Experience of designing and implementing monitoring and evaluation systems in Governmental agencies
Experience of designing and implementing decentralized monitoring and evaluation systems
Proven track record of at least five years of monitoring management
Proven experience linked to M&E practices in the domain of private sector development would be a strong asset |
