Position Purpose :
Maximise profitability and market share of Crop Science products in vegetable crops, fruits, citrus and vines in line with the Global BCS strategy
Initiate appropriate studies for the Tunisian market in the given crops
Build and implement a marketing strategy for the crop segments
Define and implementthe product strategies and establishing of the full marketing plan for the portfolio in the given crops
Build arguments and documentations to support the sales of the products
Build up and monitor competition data-base
Evaluate the best project opportunities optimising the technical profile together with the economic positioning of the product by crop segment before registration
Ensure successful launches of the new projects
Manage advertisement and marketing budget in established frames
Skills and qualifications :
University degree as an Agrochemical Engineer preferably in Plant protection
Min of 5 years experience in Crop Management
Good knowledge about the market and the industry
Good command of English
Advanced computer skills
Analytical and strategic thinking with a good pragmatic approach
Planning and reporting skills
Management skills
