Finance Manager (H/F)

Missions du poste :

- Co-ordinate, summarize, prepare financial Budgets, forecasts, strategies for the company with guidelines from the GM.
- Guide the subordinates in carrying out their duties and ensure smooth co-ordination between departments and achieve department goals.
- Ensure proper books of accounts are maintained as per Group accounting policy and in line with IFRS.
- Credit control management, Inventory Management, Banking and treasury operations
- Prepare and monitor monthly cash flow and ensure optimum utilization of working capital.
- Ensure TAX , VAT , Social Security compliance as per local regulations
- Liase with Auditors and ensure financial statements are audited and adhere to group deadline

Profile du poste:

- 3-5 years of finance manager experience preferably in Multinational company.
- Masters in finance and / or professional qualification - chartered accounting or equivalent.
- demonstrates specialist knowledge and expertise in own area
- participates in continuous professional development
- quickly understands and analyzes complex issues and problems
- comes up with sound and rational judgments
