eTalent is hiring for an important mulitnational company ( Tobacco industry ) a : Trade Marketing & Distribution Executive
Job Purpose :
Develop and manage an effective and efficient distribution system to meet business objectives & Ensure that infrastructure is fit-for-purpose, being responsible for overall distribution performance within the Company
Missions :
- Define logistics requirements and structure warehousing &transportation to ensure that availability is maximised in line with consumer segments’ requirements by trade channel and outlet type
- Plan/ manage sales & distribution activities according to strategic directions
- Define inventory levels to be practiced by customers
- Define guidelines and systems for delivery planning and train field force in order to ensure their effective utilisation
- Define delivery routes for all customers and provide distribution directives to regional teams, supporting them in their day-to-day distribution activities
- Assist Business development manager in the definition of trade & route to market strategy, clarifying distribution perspective.

Profile :
- 2-3 years` experience in tobacco or a similar FMCG category
- Functional knowledge in Trade marketing /Customer engagement /Logistics/ supply chain management
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing / Management
Working Proficiency in English
- Strong Influential & Communication Skills
