-maintain the quality of service and to ensure the shortest recovery time in case of system problems on a round-the-clock basis
-To setup and manage the FO surveillance team to monitor the network equipment status on a round-the-clock basis and taking appropriate action based on the equipment warning to minimize service interruption
Decid-To take responsibility for the satisfaction of customer complaints handling, and pay attention to customers` urgent requests
-To arrange training for engineers in FO and improve the skills and business capabilities of all engineers in FO
-To coordinate the communication between FO personnel and other departments, handle major network events and faults, and timely escalate to NOC Manager and Operation Director

Bachelor`s degree or above in Electronic/Computer Engineering or related specialities
Experience:
3 years of work experience and 2 years or more of experience in managed service or relevant industries
Decision-making, organization, management, planning, analytical, and communication capability and familiar with FO-related knowledge
