Description du poste

The Talent developer will report to the Chief Content Officer providing critical support in deal with negotiation and execution
2. Negotiate licensing agreement deals with labels and artists for their catalogue and repertoire to bring top quality content for Boomplay’s users
3. Travel across Francophone regions to locate and communicate with labels and artistes
4. Submit monthly statistics and feedback report on progress and new deals.

Profil du poste

Experiences and qualifications
BTS / Bachelor in communication, marketing etc.
1 year of experience in entertainment domain, communication or any related field

Knowledges
Bilingual english and french
1 Direct contacts with music labels and artists preferable
2, Clear, concise communication skills
3. Strong analytical capabilities and superior judgment
4. Ability to work proactively, independently and reliably under tight timeframes in a fast-paced environment
5, Ability to think commercially and be solution-oriented
6, A motivated, self-starter with a keen interest in and aptitude for finding great content from all over the region.

Personality traits
Engagement, responsibility, good relational skill, love of entertainment activities, positive work attitude
