Main responsibilities:
• Providing professional, efficient and courteous service to all customers
• Ensuring that all working areas are clean and tidy at all times and that mis-en-place are in place
• Responsible for setting up of bar area
• Re- stocking the bar and cellar
• Preparing/serving cold and hot drinks, including cocktails
• Thorough working knowledge of food & beverage menus and ability to guide guest as necessary
• Flexible to work in different shifts, including evenings, nights and weekends |
