Radisson Blu Hotel & Conference, Niamey is looking for unique French and English speaking people to join a growing team of talented individuals



Restaurant Supervisor

Main responsibilities:
• Ensures that guests receive quality service at all times
• Supervises service staff, verifying that their workstations are neat and tidy
• Greets and seats guests, and makes sure that they receive prompt, courteous and efficient service
• Seeks appropriate opportunities to communicate with guests to personalize the service
• Utilizes supervisory skills, effective communication, and motivation to maximize employee productivity and satisfaction.
• Has full knowledge of alcohol and liquor policies regulations, and complies fully with them
• Promotes additional sales by taking opportunities to up-sell, in a manner that is professional and courteous

• Trains and coach the restaurant staff

   
Description du profil du candidat:

Personal requirements:
• 1-2 years’ experience in a similar supervisory position
• Fluent in English and French
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and lead a team
• Highly organized and flexible
• Food and Drink knowledge

• Flexible to work in different shifts, including evenings, nights and weekends
• Has a positive attitude and complies with all Company’s standards including Yes I Can! Service philosophy
