Main responsibilities:
• Ensures that guests receive quality service at all times
• Supervises service staff, verifying that their workstations are neat and tidy
• Greets and seats guests, and makes sure that they receive prompt, courteous and efficient service
• Seeks appropriate opportunities to communicate with guests to personalize the service
• Utilizes supervisory skills, effective communication, and motivation to maximize employee productivity and satisfaction.
• Has full knowledge of alcohol and liquor policies regulations, and complies fully with them
• Promotes additional sales by taking opportunities to up-sell, in a manner that is professional and courteous
• Trains and coach the restaurant staff |
