| AFRICSEARCH recruits SUPPLY CHAIN & CONTROLLING MANAGER WCA Référence : SC&CM WCA Position purpose Organize efficient business support in the areas of supply chain and controlling for BCS CP in West and Central Africa narrower scope of services for ES and Seeds Major tasks and responsibilities of position - Demand planning and product ordering - CP Importation process, import licenses, customs clearance (all BSC) - Organization of local repacking and formulation (CP) - Managing warehouses network product flow between warehouses (CP, ES-Cons, BS-Field crops) - Customer service (fulfilling customer orders, delivery, invoicing) – CP, BS-Field Crops - Credit control (analysis, monitoring, guarantees, credit insurance, collection) – all BCS - Controlling tasks (planning, reporting, analysis incl. optimal business model selection, control of pricing, customer bonuses) – all BCS - Finance-related projects for customers (e.g. crop insurance, etc.) – CP. Value added Qualitative information and analysis for keen-sighted decision-taking. Timely availability of the products in needed quantities safe storage and proper customer service. Work relations Internal: EMEA Supply Chain EMEA & TAME Controlling Sales & Marketing Heads of F&A in Côte d’Ivoire and Nigeria External: Customers (distributors, end-users) Vendors (transport, warehousing) Customs office Local authorities (import licenses) |
