| Phoenix Consulting Group recherche pour une entreprise mondiale partenaire, le meilleur profil pour un poste de : UNIT MANAGER COSMETIQUE BILINGUE (Français /Anglais) Job Description Missions: - To deliver his section’s volume through directing, coaching, training and motivating his team to build distribution, maximize visibility, and ensure route excellence. - More importantly he needs to deliver these objectives through solid negotiation sessions with the key customers in his section. Job KPI - Achieve his section’s sales, distribution and visibility targets by products consistently both monthly and annually, - Sets stretched monthly sales and distribution targets by products for his team, then review performance vs target on daily basis, - Spends at least 50% of his time in the field either randomly store checking or working with his team. All such field visits are to be fed back in action oriented contact reports, - Has full ownership to uphold and update the coverage, journey plans, routes, and call frequency in his area and to ensure that they are being adhered to religiously by his team, -Has full responsibility to track and record all hardware movements in his section - Measures and enforces the implementation of all trade agreements in his section - Establishes and maintains collaborative relationships with the key accounts in his area. He will also have accessibility to top decision makers of his section’s customers |

| Candidate Profile - Age: between 30 and 40 - A university graduate in business administration or a related field - French speaking with fluency in English - At least 5 - 10 years’ experience in a professional sales & distribution company in the FMCG industry - Good knowledge of the cosmetics industry - Experience in dealing with key (international) retail customers is a distinct advantage. - PC Skills in Word & Excel are mandatory. Power point is an advantage |
