| -To manage subcontractor contracts and monthly evaluate the SLA and KPI fulfillment status of subcontractors to control the field maintenance -To appraise the regional manager of FM and control the regional field maintenance efficiency and effects -To plan FM skill training, continuously improve the field maintenance capability of FM, and make improvement on the root causes of common faults -To manage FM budget and control the O&M cost |

| Bachelor`s degree or above in Electronic/Computer Engineering or related specialities Experience: 5 years` work experience and at least 3 years of OSP O&M or relevant work experience, Know OSP rollout standard, have fiber splicing, OTDR test skill. Strong decision-making, organization, management, planning, analytical, and communication capability and familiar with industrial knowledge |
