Working under the responsibility of SCI CIV Daloa Head of Office, the Health Project Manager will have the following responsibilities:
• Ensure the implementation, monitoring, evaluation and reporting of the project "Partnership for maternal health in Côte d`Ivoire", in accordance with the conditions of donors.
• Develop partnerships and stakeholder mobilization necessary for the successful implementation of the project and the sustainability of the actions
• Coordinate and submit status reports and monitoring and evaluation tools for the project
• On a technical level, supervise the activities of the Project in the field.
• Support the field team in project quality management
• Lead, support implementation, and analyze data from Project evaluations, research and surveys, including providing technical input to multi-sectoral evaluations.
• Develop an evidence-based behavior change communication strategy to increase the of maternity services,
• As part of the National Mother-Child Health Strategy, provide strategic and technical leadership for health projects in the Daloa area.
• Support as necessary the development of proposals for financing Health Projects.
• Ensure, in collaboration with Program Officers, close monitoring of teams in the implementation of project activities
• Support field teams to prepare expenditure plans and other budget planning documents related to the activities to be carried out.
• Support Program Officers in consolidating budget forecasts for the implementation of activities.

(01)QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• At least (05) years of experience in supporting the implementation of health promotion activities
• At least 5 years of experience in project development, planning, monitoring / evaluation and reporting on activities
• At least two years` experience in managing budgets and grants.
• Have advocacy skills with local authorities and decision-makers.
• Have capacity building skills,
• Work experience in partnership, organizational and institutional development: state structures, local NGOs and CBOs (Community Based Organizations)
• To know how to read and write in English is an advantage
• Mastery of the computer tool and especially the usual software like Word, Excel, Powerpoint ...
