| - Direct and administer all Security operations and functions to include, but not limited to, preserving the safety and security of the guests, team members and the facility, safe work practice promotion, safety incentive programs and classes, systems and management, lost and found, and adherence to local standards and meeting participation and facilitation - Ensure that all requirements, regulations and documentation involving the Security, Safety and Emergency, SOS manual departments are completed - Direct and administer the patrol of the interior of and the perimeter of the hotel and the property to observe and identify potential safety risks, security risks and undesirable conditions - Direct and lead investigations of accidents, thefts, property loss and unlawful activities - Direct response to emergency situations including, but not limited to, safety hazards, fires, medical emergencies and threats to life and/or property - Serve as primary liaison with national /state and local law enforcement - Oversee the administration and accuracy of all required reports and documentation - Monitor and develop team member performance to include, but not limited to, providing supervision, scheduling, conducting counselling and evaluations and delivering recognition and reward - Screen persons entering this entrance for purpose and authorization - Research and respond to inquirers from guests concerning status of lost items. Mail out claimed items to owner - Responsible for guests parking lots - Responsible for the overall emergency preparedness of the organization and accountable for all matters of emergency preparedness. Identify systems and operational problems and propose solutions. - Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekend, and holidays. |

| - 3+ year experience as Security Manager/ or Military/ministry protocol back ground - Possess a Military School Diploma or equivalent - Fluent in English and French speaking and writing - Strong attention to detail & organization skills - Young and motivated 35-45 years old - Have the ability to multi-task and work effectively under the pressure of multiple deadlines - Possess a valid driver`s license and satisfactorily experience - A true hospitality professional, with a confident, positive & outgoing manner - Has a positive attitude and complies with all Company’s standards including Yes I Can! Service philosophy |
